Clarity DeFog It Tip for Prescription eyeglass wearers

I found out that if you wear a full face helmet w/ say a Cycle Gear full neck and shoulder gaitor (effectively sealing off the helmet), make sure you apply the Clarity DeFog to BOTH sides of the lens of your prescription eyeglasses!! IMPORTANT!! Took me awhile to figure it out.  I still pop the shield a little at stops, but it is closed the rest of the time.  

I also like the Invision Hyperoptics insert for my Z1R helmet to keep that fog free.

Also if you don't have an electric vest, you can take the foot warmers packets you find in the store (has iron and a chemical reaction) and stick those to your shirt (mine is a very thin merino wool undershirt...worked for me in 42~45 degree temps in the Pacific NorthWest right next to your chest and that should give you an hour or two of cheap heat vice an electric vest.  The RD400 doesn't have much for reserve at all for luxury gadgets!  
I think it needs a bigger pilot jet
