I was at a Christmas party, and there was a d-bag there who was making jokes about my old man and his bike (He's 80, and rides a 70's Yamaha XS750.) He was saying how maybe the old guy should get a scooter, but that it was "hard it was to look cool while riding a scooter". (I have a scooter, among other bikes, so that was annoying after hearing him rip on my dad).
I asked him what he rode.
He said "his wife wouldn't let him ride a motorcycle". I looked at my dad, and we both just laughed and walked away.

LOL! I respectfully disagree. If you ride, it cool. Doesn't matter what it is, even a Harley.

My pop rode until 83. Hard to top that generation.

It's not about "looking cool" anyhow. That's reserved for the posers.
