I am 5'4" woman riding suzuki gs1150e Although I have been riding since 1979 continuously, I get very afraid/scared on uphill inclines trying to make left turns. Anyone with advise on how to handle this challenge?

Not much you can do except plan ahead to lean to the short, uphill side.  I say that like it's easy but I've messed up on steep hills and fallen over.   Once you're rolling it doesn't matter as you'll be putting your feet on the pegs.

Also there's a technique where you drag the rear brake and slip the clutch allowing very slow speeds without tipping over.  Google "friction zone, ride like a pro" to find out more.  Might give you more confidence.
