why do we have to scroll back up ?

maybe i am missing something . when i finish reading a thread, i cant find a menu at the bottom of the page to move on to another topic or another area of the forum. not only do i have to scroll up the page to find the menu, but the menu is is the smallest font on the page! com e on motorcyclist, you can do better than this!
