Best way to stretch a leather suit?

Just got a 2 piece suit for going to CLASS at VIR. At 6'3" and 275lbs. I am a hard fit. I just got a suit from an online house in 4xl. the upper limit of size listed in the description was above my measurements, but when I got the suit, it fits, but tight. I am losing weight, so it should fit better as time goes on, but I am wondering if I can't stretch it somehow to fit better now. I am wearing it around the house now, but it limits the things I can do around here. I do not have the budget for a custom suit, and no-one else even comes close to a size that fits.
Any help would be appreciated,
Gonzo
