Ideas -
1. The format, "Frames", is not widely enjoyed or appreciated - go to another format similar to other forums, KISS works.
2. Pop-ups/advertisements - we have to have them, but limit the ones that have a negative effect on the forum. Remember, not everyone has super speedy access or computers. If it takes too long to load, people will not come and contribute.
3. Too many forums - limit them to a half dozen or only a few more, grow them as needed.
4. Additional html abilities (albeit limited, nothing fancy) and expand our user options when posting.
5. If traffic picks up, quick moderation action when required.

Other ideas?

You're welcome Annette -

Possibly the biggest improvement to this and many other forums would be to make them compatible with Internet Explorer.

This web site/forum is basically not functional when using IE, and I know, but it seems the vast majority of people use IE in one form or another....

The "want to subscribe" pop-up kills this forum for me.

I am a subscriber, yet I get that pop-up whenever I log in, sometimes twice.

Too bad about that and the other issues.

Any chance that might change?

Steve, what would make the forums is exposure...why go to Motorcyclistonline when I get the mag in the mail? That is unless in the Mag it mentioned the forums.

+1 on the popup crap. Popups are rude as hell and I'm really sick of them.
