Has anyone every had to have their Suzuki C90T valves/lifters repaired or adjusted or know someone who has, or a shop that has done this? I have a ticking in my motor that becomes quite the tap at highway speeds or when I put the motor under load.  I have checked all the bolts, changed the oil, checked the side covers, the fuel cap cover, etc..  Before I take it in the shop I want to be prepared.  Email me at niko21120@comcast.net

Thanks.
Chris.

Ticking is a tight valve. You can burn that valve being it is not sitting on the seat longer. So your valve is cooking to the point of cracking and those pie cuts of a cooked valve sure showed where all that heat dissipated into.
