Jacket sizing/fit

Should your jacket fit be snug or have some room in it? I ordered a mesh jacket several inches larger than my measurements and with the lining it doesn't have much if any extra room. This would keep it from flapping around, but I'm wondering if I should return it for a larger size. I can send it back for the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee which kinda defeats the online shopping experience, but if I wear it, I own it. Your thoughts please.

Well, if you order size 44 then chest measurement of jacket should be 48 inch. There is always 4 inch roam for your body to move around.

William
