Finding out emissions standards Honda Superhawk

I have brought my US purchased 2002 Honda Superhawk to Germany and am now trying to get it through the German road safety test. known as the Tuv.  Honda Europe here in Germany is happy to give me the exact standards for the Firestrorm, which is the European version of the motocycle.  However Honda USA is downright ugly, rude and stonewalling me on giving me the emisions data that I need to get on the road and riding! What gives?  Is this how they try to stop grey market imports?  Why am I getting the runaround?  

I am surprised no one has tried to explain this. Makes my blood boil. I hope somebody has helped you since then. This forum is weird. I wish editors would step in and help out the regular Joes like us. I wish I could have been more help.
