I bought some ROKstraps cruiser luggage straps at the Americade last week. They are great. They easily adjust, don't scratch, and are real strong.

I think they're great too. Fortunately I had a set when I had to be towed several hundred miles by an operator who only had two tie down straps! So for at least two reasons I always carry them.
