First Gear Rainier - HYPER OR A KEEPER?

First Gear Rainier - Is it really all THAT!? Time for me to upgrade from my second Kili- especially now that I'm on a sportbike and they were not cut for crouching.

Anyone care to share their experience for the prepurchase benefit of the rest of us? Any comparisons to other apparel solutions?

Finally- the Rainier helmet hood ~sounds~ ingenious. But a picutre in their ad would be more convincing. I completely missed it while shopping in person a couple months ago.

Seems a bit pricey, but First Gear is clearly targeting the black hole of pricing between Aerostitch and the Kilimanjaro, for example.

Any experiences?
