Where to shop in L.A.?

I will be visiting L.A. next month, and I want to get some new riding gear, including some new pants, gloves, a back protector, etc. I want to visit a store so I can try things on for size. Can anyone recommend some good shops? Large shops that have a broad selection would be good, but smaller places offering some more unique items would be cool too. Where do the Motorcyclist staffers get their stuff? Thanks.

There is this shop in LA called GLORY and you can find any from jackets gloves harley leather jackets and more!!

Try Berts Auto Mall in West Covina. The price on their bikes is rediculous but they have a huge selection on gear.

Try Chaparral Motorsports! It is one of the largest motorcycle stores I have ever seen.
It's like the size of a Costco.
They have a huge leather department with a ton of stuff, Alpinestars, Icon, Joe Rocket. The ladies that work in the department have been there for years and know alot about the different gear you would be trying on.
