From a MotoGP press release:
Spanish national broadcaster Radio Televisión Española have extended their agreement with MotoGP World Championship's rights-holders Dorna Sports to broadcast the series for another five years until 2011.
The deal will be formalised at a presentation next Tuesday, December 19th, which will bring together many of the current stars of Spanish motorcycling.

Thats great but they should change the condutor for Dennis Noyes who is covering SBK at the moment.
