Helmet shapes

Anyone know where I can find info on helmet shapes and who builds them?  

Unfortunately, the manufacturers web sites are the best place for that info, but your best bet is to go to the local shop and try on the differnt models from the different brands. Arai, more than anyone else, offers differnt head shape fitments at roughly the same price between the Quantum/Profile/Astral models. DO NOT order a helmet off the web w/out first getting fit at a dealer ---the fits/sizes from company to company can be remarkably different.
