Anyone noticed that none of the major bike mags have printed stories about reduced power of the US version of the ZX-6R?
Road Racing World did a middleweight comparison a couple of months ago and found that there's a way to squeeze out 4-5 more horsepower out of the zixxer just by jumping a cable under the seat. It opens the exhaust valve up completely during high-rpm riding, which totally negates every review that said that the bike "lacked power" or "fell of on top."
Very curious. I wonder if it's a legal issue?
