If eddy current dynamometer designed properly then it is no more or less repeatable than an inertial dynamometer. And its repeatability can also be expected for both machines. The term “dummy-proof” referes to the inertia dynamometer which performs one type of test – it virtually eliminates the chance of human-error. It has been many time confused with its repeatability, that is a representative of a machine, not of complexity of its level .
