I have a 2005 GSX-R750 that I am racing this year but I'm experiencing some issues with the front brakes. The lever feels really mushy and at times I feel as though I can pull it in unstil it touches the throttle. We have bled the brake lines several times with minimal improvement. Any suggestions?

Angie ---could be any of a couple of things (of course).
1) Try bleeding @ the upper banjo bolt, could be air in the master cylinder
2) Might be cooked fluid---are you running a high-temp brake fluid like SuperBlue? You should!
3) Make sure rotors aren't warped.
4)This should be #1---you're NOT still running stock lines on a race bike are you? Smack some stainless lines on there (I've not been too impressed w/Kevlar).
5)Quit using the brakes so much!!

Hey Sloth, Thanks for the advice.
1)The fluid was bled at the upper banjo bolt which made a slight improvement.
2)I'll try another brake fluid - that might be it.
3) Rotors are good
4)NO! I have Galfer stainless steel braides lines.
5)I can't! I have to outbrake the boys!
